Cell C ********** Account

In 2021 January a ********** account was opened under my name. I had to go up and down writing affidavits and it took me 9 months to “clear”(well still not cleared) my name. Cell C sent me a letter confirming the ********** account and advised the case was closed.

From 24 December 2021 I started getting emails from CSS Solutions claiming I have been handed over as I owe Cell C. I had to contact CSS to inform them there was an error. I even sent them a letter I received from Cell C but I still received calls from CSS. In recent week I started receiving SMSes and more emails from CSS instructing me to make payments.

This is absolutely disgusting and its going to have an impact on my credit score, and this was never my fault!
