Cell C must be the worst service provider in the universe, we gave notice on the 12th of August ,2022 to cancel the contract, we phone them today to confirm to change to pre-paid and suddenly they have no record of the cancellation. They are so desperate to keep customers they deny having received the notice, we still get reminders to upgrade which won't happen,CELL C are the pits
