Cell C *****ulant activity

i just paid R794 to cell C on a R299 data contract. please make sure you guys tell them to put a cap of R302. when opening the contract your limit is automatically capped to R860. this does not sense, because if i wanted a R860 contract i would have asked for it. cell C get your house in order. this is legal *******. i will be taking this up with my lawyer.
