Cell C ********** still no refund
After 2 months of calling and pleading with cell c i still don't have my refund . wrongfully debited they keep asking for proof of payment which they have and also reflects on the system when i call in and they consultants refuse for me get through to finance department or finance department . Thabang Vilakazi is very useless and i particularly single him out because of the appalling service , however all the consultant are useless. which is a clear indication that something bigger is wrong . Anyway all i want is my money **********

12 Aug 2021, 09:08I have sent it but i advise for you to actually look into the matter , why is POP required as its reflecting on your system? initially you required it because it was not reflecting why do you need it now ? any case i hope i get help but i must say they that i will be lodging a complaint with all the boards available to consumers if this issue is not sorted by the close of business tomorow
