Cell C ***** results in a bad credit score

Cell C cannot sort out ********** accounts. In December a ********** Cel C account was created using some of my details.

I informed Cel C of this and they have since marked the account as **********. However they still handed me over to debt collectors and have failed to clear my credit record.

So now I’m being hounded by debt collectors and my credit score is suffering.

Cel C does not seem to care about this!!
