CELL C ***** REPORT

My name is Emile Renaldo Plaatjies, a month ago I was denied a personal loan by standard bank. The lady at the bank told me I'm not paying my Cell C account that's why I'm being denied, but I didn't have any contract with the Cell C service provider. I reported the matter to the service provider and they emailed me what was needed to cancel the contract. After emailing all the necessary documents I went and opened a case. I have not receive any response from them. Its been more than a month of calling them, sending emails and even going to the nearest Cell C store nobody is able to help me with a clearance letter as proof that I did not open the contracts.
