CELL C ***** NEGILENCE

I am appalled by the bad service from Cell C, firstly you failed to do your due diligence and opened a ********** contract on my name after which I had to run around doing affidavits and signing forms to get this cleared in 2020, a letter was then issued confirming that the contract was **********ly opened, now 2 years later I find out that Cell C went on to list my ID number as a ********* with the South African ***** Prevention Services instead of listing me as VICTIM OF IMPERSONATION, I have sent emails to get you to sort this out as I currently cannot apply for any credit because there is a ***** listing against my name, tried calling as well and I'm told you do not have a ***** department and I must wait for a response which I have been waiting for since last month. Instead I am getting called to be offered another phone which would be an upgrade of the ********** contract. I have never and will never apply for a contract with Cell C, PLEASE SORT THIS ISSUE OUT WITH THE SAFPS I CANNOT BE IMPACTED BY THE NEGILENCE AND INCOMPITENCE OF YOUR EMPLOYEES!!!
