Cell C *****

Pieter, a man being very ill at the time receives a delivery. Once his wife comes home and opens the box, she discovered that its a laptop from cell c that no one in their house ordered. They immediately contact cell c and have it returned. The return was collected by RAM couriers with a blank waybill! Delivered in June 2020 and returned in July 2020. Ever since this delivery a debit order of R800 is taken from Pieters Standard Bank account. Now it has been a full year of Pieter and his wife trying to stop this debit order on a delivery he did not order, signed for or kept. Where is this *******ion going to stop? Is all the party’s named here involved? Cell C? RAM Couriers? Standard Bank? Can someone please help Peter sort this out?
