Cell C ***** division sucks

Follow up on previous review. I was contacted a couple days after my initial review of Cell C's terrible service of their ***** division. I was given reassurances that the ********** contract would be cancelled, the device would be suspended and Cell C would send me a letter to be used for getting protection from SA ***** Protection Services. I'm still waiting for that letter and imagine my surprise (not) to be contacted by a debt collection company regarding this outstanding account. Cell C going from bad to worse. If I could give zero stars - I would! Cell C is ruining my credit record with their inept handling of this case.
