Cell C ***** Division appalling service

<p>I discovered that 2 ********** contracts opened on my name in January 2017. I reported the matter to their ***** Department. I even submitted an affidavit twice. They have not even bothered to respond or deal with my case. Every month they continue debiting my account. n</p>
