CELL C ***** .

I was advised 7 months ago that my account has been handed over to SSDA , I contacted SSDA for settlement discount but the refer me back to Cell c. This has been a daily pattern where I call or email cell c and they send me to SSDA . I went to cell c head office on Tuesday . She advised that my account has been given to Vodacom for collections so Vodacom can give me the settlement discount. She made a few calls and advised that the individual that will assist will email back the same day . I never got the email or call . I followed up Wednesday and I followed up today now she isn't taking any of my calls . I want to close the account , I need the settlement discount letter , I want to pay but nobody is assisting me for 7 months my account is at three different places cell c , Vodacom and ssda . its basically lost . Cell c staff is not very helpful whether you call , email or go to their offices . How can none of their staff members know where is my account . I am afraid I might lose my job that is why I want to settle the account . I contact cell c daily , its lies , deceit and empty promises
