Cell C ***** department - non-existant or just dont care?
I have been reporting a ********** contract that has been opened under my name since the 18th of February. I have gone in to the store twice and sent numerous emails. I have gotten automated responses stating that it would be dealt with in 48 hours. Nothing has been resolved. I have had 2 debit orders come off my account for a total of over R3000 but nothing has been done. I even contacted the social media team via facebook, but even they could not help. What does it take for Cell C to investigate a case? When will my money be refunded? This is an absolute joke!!!

It is now the 21st of June. I have heard NOTHING back as yet. The only thing I do have is yet ANOTHER ********** Debit order coming off of my account.
