Cell C ***** department must be a *****

I have never app**** for a Cell C contract but was disgusted to find out I have a bad debt against my name from Cell C. I inquired at a Cell C store about this and was informed that a mr. Michael Palmer had opened a fiber account on my name in Gauteng somewhere in 2017 and never paid for it. I live in Cape Town by the way and have never known anyone by the name of Michael Palmer. I was advised to write an email to Cell C ***** department and attach and affidavit and my Id etc. Which I immediately did but till today and many times of forwarding the email have had NO response from Cell C. I actually think their ***** department is a ***** as NO ONE has ever bothered in email or contacting me and two years later I still have had NO response from Cell C. My Handbag was ****** in Cape Town in 2016 with all its contents and I suppose that is how my ID was **********ly used. This must be an inside job as there is no way any cell phone company will open an account for a person with a strangers ID number.
