CELL C ***** DEPARTMENT DO YOUR JOB!!!

I just received a 3rd notification from my FNB account that Cell C deducted another ********** debit order to the amount of R610.68. I have sent through everything they asked for to have this matter resolved but no one seems to care. CAN SOMEONE AT CELL C ***** DEPARTMENT DO THEIR JOB!!! I have called many times & everytime they say the matter is being given priority & I will be contacted in 7 working days, it's now 2 months I'm struggling with the same thing. Worst part is I have never opened a contract account with Cell C before.
