Cell-C ***** Department - Disgusting (Non-Existing) Service

Absolute Disregard for any type of Customer Service...

Their ***** Department is basically non-existing.

It's been MONTHS since I raised an issue with regards to ***** at their ***** Department, they are forcing me to Pay for a Phone and Upgrade I did not receive....

No-one, absolutely NO-ONE is even traying to make an attempt to get back to me to get this issue resolved...

Absolutely disgusting service, completely unreliable - would not ake another contract from Cell-C even if they give it to me for free...
