Cell C - ***** Department - Absolutely NO Response nor Help offered

I have raised an enquiry with Cell-C's ***** Department, with the promise of getting back to me in 48 Hours...

It has now been more than a month, 5 emails later, and NO response...

This after I presented them with undisputable evidence in my case, with all the required affidavits and relevant paperwork to support my case...

NO Response.... Absolutely disgusting service.... And this from the ***** Department to top it all...
