Cell C ***** department-a *****

I had an account opened **********ly in my name at Cell C, how you're able to authorize that, I don't know. Anyway, so I've sent all the relevant documents to Cell C ***** department and have literally been begging them for feed back, it's over a month now I've been calling in and I'm being sent from pillar to post. No one has contacted except a Mr Sandron Mhlongo, who gave me the ***** department email address.......otherwise that department is sleeping on customer service and frankly do not care. My life is at a stand still because of this and by the looks of things Cell C could not be bothered. Please be careful of such
