Cell C ***** deapartment

Cell C ***** department is a ***** itself,very pathetic. I submitted all the documents required for them to clear and stop deducting money into my account.I dont have a contract with Cell C ,they keep changing debit order dates. I only got a case reference and no further communication.Cell C you are tarnishing my name and I'm incurring charges as i have to always reverse the money from the bank.Please do your job,loosing customers doesn't mean you have to de***** innocent people. Your call center agent even confirmed that my details are not the same with the one you have. How do you deduct my money on the 2nd and on the 16th of different months,so much inconsistency because you dont know what you are doing. You dont even deserve a rating.
