Cell c *****

I wanted to get Cell C fiber service. Their agent promised to install in a week. After more than a month it was still not done. I told them thank you, not interested in your services. I've got fiber from mweb . 2 months later I've got a call that cell c want arrange installation of fiber. I told : no need, have it already with mweb. After another 2 months my account was debited by cell c for fiber. I've called multiple times to cell c trying to rectify this, I reversed debit order, but cell C keep on debiting me.
