Cell C ***** contract under my personal details

I'm am so disappointed with Cell C, how can someone open a new contract by only using a ***** ID with my details? No OTP received by me NO other means of identificatin like maybe calling my registered phone number. Then they have a nerve to tell me that the person passed the authenticity questions, of cause she passed because I already have an existing contract with Cell C so one of you internally shared my information with them or maybe she was not even asked these questions because the consultant was part of this ***** game. A contract of 2 more phones taken same day, same place but different applications done how can you you mot be suspicious if you are innocent in this? I can't wait to pay up the contract I'm aware of and leave Cell C for good. You are really not safe. I'm starting far from Rosebank account was opened in Rosebank, ,in this lockdown, still you claim you didn't get suspicious? But I won't leave this one should you fail to find a culprit who is one of you I'm going to media, I'll expose how unsafe are you with people's information.

Good Afternoon  Noyolo

Thank you for reaching out to Cell C.

We have received your review regarding a ********** account that was opened with your details.

Kindly send us an affidavit stating that you did not open the contracts and a certified copy of your ID so we can investigate and resolve your query.

Submitted everything already. it's just that I am so frustrated because we are talking about my credit record here, and I fail to understand because when I was applying for my contract a lot of documents were requested from me I even had to receive an OTP to my number but in this case when it's ***** nothing was requested except the ***** Identity, no OTP sent to me, how coincidental was that ? Where was the OTP sent if no internal person was involved? A trust was broken here.
