Cell C ***** Case Still Not Resolved

I have been calling Cell C to find out the status of the investigation regarding ********** accounts that were opened under my name. I sent all the required documentation but this case has not been resolved. They give me a run around and refuse to assist me. I have been waiting for their legal department to fix my billing so that I can continue with the current account I have with Cell C, instead, the bill keeps going up instead of reducing to the right amount.
