Cell C ***** case saga continues.

Call C saga is continuing. I am told my contract has been stopped now. I have a ***** case number and refund number. Now the debt collectors are after me and have now debited my account without my concent and after cutting me off the call when I was finding the reference number. I am owed money by Cell C for what was taken **********ly from my account as well. I have been on the phone all morning round and round in circles and at my expense. This is so wrong and unfair. Please someone who can make decisions and sort out problems properly - help me get an end to this saga and get my money back for me. I'm waiting for your call.
