Cell C *****

Hello My name is Juliet Mohlala , on the 25 of May I found out that R2705-60 wS debited from my account. I personally do not have a cell c account neither do I use a cell c number. I managed to reverse the money and also went to cell c shop with the affidavit, bank statement and my ID copy. After submission of the documents I was told to come after two weeks and check for a reply from ***** department. On the 15th of June I found that my account was debited again wih the same amount of R2705-60. I reversed the money again and also went back to cell c only to find that there was still no reply from ***** department. The lady at cell c took my documents and sent them to ***** department once more. I am totally tired of this service becacue now on the 25th of June they also debited the R2705-60 twice. I now don't know what to do, I feel like CELL C is robbing innocent people of their money as I never opened the account. I also found that the person who took contract with them(cell c) used mu details and was given two Samsung z flip phones. Ceel C is stilling from the community.
