CELL C - ***** !!!!

Hi My name is Tandabantu Mantongomane - ID no: ***. I would like to report that Cell C is constantly conducting ********** debit orders from my bank account of which I don't have a cellphone contract with them.

I have since sent them an e-mail when two debit orders went off in June 2022 to report this ********** act with no luck , instead I saw other debit orders go off on 3rd August 2022 as stated below:

Cell C *** I*** – for R1 878.94 and Cell C *** I *** – for R948.13

These are not the only debit orders that went off my account even on the 2nd June 2022 as well as 26th June 2022 that is when I reported to them about the *****.

I sent an e-mail on the 29th June 2022 with all documents as requested by Cell C but they never responded,

When I logged the ***** case to them they sent me this case number:

Cell C Customer Care Case Number : ***

I want Cell C to remove my profile from their system and stop the ***** being conducted on my account with immediate effect .

Please resolve ASAP!!!
