Cell C *****

I'm not receiving any joy from Cell C, specifically their ***** department. Someone took out a ********** contract in my name. They do not want to cancel it or do proper investigation into it. They do not take my calls or respond to emails. Someone is enjoying a handset plus data that I know nothing about and its incredibly frustrating.
