Cell C ***** and unresponsiveness

In June I received an OTP on my MTN number while I was working from home. The OTP was for a new cell c contact.

Upon receiving it, I immediately called Cell C and told them about this. The call centre agent indicated that she couldn't see anything on her side but that she would block it.

A month later money way debited from my FNB account. Just over R1000 with a cell c reference.

I immediately called Cell c who told me to email a bank statement and an affidavit with the OTP.

It's been 5 months now and no response on the email I sent. When I go to a cell c shop, as if I have a contact with them they say yes but once I say it's ***** they tell me to email the semingly dormant email address. According to the store agents, if I don't pay I'll be black listed next year. So I guess it's safe to say cell c are about to ruin my rather clean credit profile.
