Cell c ***** and negative listing of innocent parties

Cell c has opened a ********** contract account using ********** documents,they have even listed my name with the safps...I have been submitting my ID and affidavit as requested by the ***** department and always they say they haven't received any documents,and these were sent via cell c store in lichtenburg.how does a company open ********** accounts with **** documents and still have the nerve to list an innocent party negatively?cell c has ruined my credit profile badly ,I so hate that company with passion...can someone tell me how to remove my name from the listing since well cell c cannot help me but managed to help ********** with my identity?
