Cell C ***** account case
***** account was opened with my information in 2019, Cell C contacted me saying I must pay the account I then told them I do not have any contract with cell c. They requested me to send Id and affidavit of which I did and they said they will close the account and send me documents confirming that I do not have any contract and they gave me reference number. When I follow up they say the reference does not exist on their side they opened another case reference numbet and promised that I will get resolution letter in 48 hours. Even now nothing, no communication, the agents are rude.

15 Feb 2022, 15:36I am about to loose my job because of this issue of cell c. May I get the resolution letter so that I can submit to my employer then I will be able to perform my duties as per their contract. Should I loose my job because of this cell c will have to encounter.

15 Feb 2022, 17:59You have been saying that since 2019. Everyday you tell me of 24hrs to 48hrs which is now 3 full years. it will be another story again after that 24hrs.I allow you time to resolve the query but when I call get get a new story
