Cell C ***** account and nobody is assisting but sending lawyers to collect

I have still not been assisted!!!! What a struggle it has been to deal with this business, on all levels. I reported a ***** account to Cell C in December, I still don’t have confirmation that this account is closed. I need an ITC amendment letter, which they claim to have sent me but have not and I’m now having to call CPB because Cell C cannot help. I’m now getting calls from their lawyers as well about this account when I have clearly reported it **********. They have given me a reference for the cancellation, but are still debiting my account and then sending me from pillar to post. I am unemployed and cannot afford to be making all these calls and having monies debited from my account when I have reported this!! I need that letter so that I can put this thing to a stop.
