CELL C - *****
Cell C - ***** I called Cell C in order to cancel my Month-to Month contract for which I was informed I could cancel at any point in time hence it's a month to month contract. Just to find out that now they don't want to cancel my contract because they updated their T's & C's - I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY FORM OF COMMUNICATION ON THOSE UPDATES - NO PHONE CALL, EMAIL OR SMS.
This is *****, now they requesting a fee of R3000. It doesn't help that their consultants are so ***********. They have zero problem solving skills!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'd like to get all the records when I was advised of such then we can take it from there - in the interim we are treating this case as *****.
