Cell C *****

Cell C just informed me that the month to month contract I signed for has now magically been changed to a 24 month contract, and that if I want to terminate my contract I have to pay a cancellation fee. When I asked who had changed my contract term I was told it was Cell C themselves!!!!!!!!!! There's only one word for that - *****. Directors should be sent to prison for this. I spoke to the guy who organised my contracts at Cell C Gateway, and he said he was getting a lot of complaints from customers saying that their contracts had been altered without their permission. I have emailed my cancellation; phoned in my cancellation 3 times; asked to speak to management 3 times (first time I didn't take name, second time Lerato, third time Thabile). Been told 3 times that management will call me back. 3 times that failed to happen. Take a bow Cell C - winner of Absolutely Worst Customer Service Ever award
