After a long waiting period, numerous requests, case numbers, promices, etc, You have broken your contract with me. I had no option as to close down my business, and pay off staff, because of huge losses in clients and income.

As from the 1st of August 2019 I have had NO or very little service from cellc "due to technical problems" on your side. The following is case numbers from your company that was given to me, telling me it will be solved within 24 hours. I phoned your offices every day, sometimes more than once a day. NOBODY EVER came back to me. I hereby list case numbers as per attachments from you.

This is my 3rd email to you regarding this matter. I am currently visiting my daughter, and the signal here is better than where I live.

Unfortunately this cost me my income and my staff's income because of the closing of my business.

Contract was breached by you, but still the debit order for R1500 + went through my bank account as if there was no problem. I stopped payment on the debit order and want you to cancel all 4 contracts I have with you. No service but payment as usual? This was not fair. In the 20 years I was a client of yours, I have never experienced such bad customer care from you.

This was the last straw, I cannot pay for something I dont have. 4 Month's debit orders kept running through my account. Please cancel as asked above, I will find a service provider to give me service, which I can rely on for my own personal use. The Company I worked for so hard, to get off the ground is now non-existent, and that leaves me unemployed.

Regards Wilna de Wet I also attached all case numbers, apologies from their side. I told them they are in breach of contract with me, but still they submit "debit orders" from my husbands account who are a pensioner, as if it is not enough they ruined my business. I am now in JHB, unempliyed snd hameless. They need to stop ALL debit orders. As I requested before. They even sent me a message to confirm they stopped my contracts. I'm sick of this. They ruined my life.
