CELL C *****

So last year someone creating an account on my name and the only reason why i picked this up was because i checked my credit rating. Upon checking my credit score i saw Cell C logged me as a bad payer! when contacting Cell C the lady informed me that i need to send through all relevant documentation which is what i did. Yet it has been a couple weeks and no response. i have called cell c multiple times and they have not helped me in ***** department!!!! i have sent multiple emails and also no response!!!!! all i want is my name cleared but clearly cell c doesn't care about their clients!!!!!! i will be taking my business else where due to the failure of customer care and cell c ***** department!!!! I am really ****ed off regarding this!!!!!
