Cell C *****

In Dec 2019 I called to Cell C to inform them I'm not renewing my contract (Account Number: ***) and they should cancel it. They put me through to their retention department and offered me a R35.00 retention package which I accepted. My bill then went from its previous subscription of +- R560 to double. Their ***** department called and said they think my account has been *****ed however they are handling it. They continued debiting my account with the ********** amounts and it's now three months if I contact them they say they cant suspend the ********** lines.

Please help
