Cell C *****

Since May 2017, I have been talking to different people from Cell C about a contract that was opened **********ly using my details. Cell C has been attempting to debit my cheque account since May 2017, and I have had to keep reversing these unauthorised debits each month since then. I have now just spoken to a call centre agent from SSDA, and this agent says I have now been handed over to their organisation for collection. I have been to the police, and have done an affidavit attesting to the fact that I have NEVER authorised the opening of a Cell C contract. Frankly, on the basis of this experience, the likelihood of me ever opening one is fast disappearing.

This issue is messing up my credit record, and I am asking you to please resolve it as a matter of urgency, as any blacklisting resulting from this fiasco will force me to have to open a ***** case against Cell C.
