Cell C - *****

I am suddenly being debited by Cell C; I have not and do not have any contract or SIM card with Cell C, nor will I ever. Cell C tells me that I have opened 2 contracts with them? Why should I have to prove that I have not opened a contract with Cell C when surely they should be able to pick it up upon the ********** application. I want whatever contract was opened, to be removed from my name immediately.
