Cell C *****

In 2019 month of December, I started receiving smses from Cell C. After receiving those numerous smses I called Cell C to notify them that they were sending smses to the wrong number. And the consultant I spoke to at the time asked for my ID number just to check and I gave her, she then told me that it was not a mistake, that I had a contract with them that was taken few days ago. I was shocked! I explained to her that It wasn't me who took that contract. She said to me that I'll have to send some documents to their ***** department to prove that I was telling the truth. Those documents were an Affidavit, stating that I didn't take a contract with Cell C, a certified copy of my ID with 3 of my Signatures and a a copy my bank statement. The following day I sent all those documents because I wanted the matter to be resolved as soon as possible so my name could be in the clear but even after I did all that, the money was debited from my account. I reversed the money every time they tried to debit it from my account. Months after I received calls from Cell C collectors department and I explained to them that the whole thing was *****. The lady who handled the case then asked for the same documents I sent to Cell C, this was now in June 2020. I sent her the same documents, days after she came back and said that she was told by Cell C to close the account on her side and gave me a number to call so I can confirm. They told me that they did an investigation and found out that the account was indeed ***** but until today the account is still active and still appear under my name. To this day this is still affecting my credit score negatively!!!
