Yesterday i contacted a few branches to confirm who has stock of the Samsung S22 i got a hold of Cell C Fourways. The lady confirmed that they have stock. So i contacted the sales person that is assisting me at another store that they have stock off the Phone that im interested in. He then contacted the same store a few min after , then the lady advised him that the phone is booked for someone else. He informed me about it i decided im going to contact the lady again. I asked her again does she have stock of the Samsung S22 she again confirmed yes, then i asked her so if im interested in the phone would i be able to have it she confirmed yes, Then i asked her but why are you telling the consultant that is assisting me that the phone is booked out to someone els. Then she came with a story that they cant give there stock to him because they are just a franchise and they receive their stock from a different supplier. A contacted the consultant that was assisting me he then advised me that i can do the Contract Upgrade with Cell C fourways. I contacted the lady again and advised her that i would do the upgrade with their store. She asked me to send her my ID and that she would call me back to answer security Questions and also that she would courier the phone to me free off charge. After 3 hours not getting any feedback or call when i try calling the cell number it rings once then goes to line busy and that means my number is blocked. After 6 times try to call them i put my phone on private number the call is ringing like normal and they are answering the call. I spoke to the same lady asked her listen are you going to assist me or is there someone els that can assist. The lies continue she the advised me that one off her staff memebers booked the phone out to someone els and that they would collect the phone the same day. I asked her then why confirm that you have the phone and that you would assist with my upgrade if the phone isn't even available. All my calls are recorded i have took a screen video she took almost 5 min to answer my call.

Why lie to me. Why didn't she just tel me the truth. Why block my number.
