Cell C - Forget about that last bit of data

<p>After an initial HelloPeter negative review where I outlined my frustration I was contacted by Cell C who informed me that they will look into my problem where data was charged where it definitely should not have been. The worst part about the whole situation is how Cell C dealt with my problem and how they simply didn't reply when I emailed the necessary information to them. When I explained the problem to the "customer service agent" ********** he went on to explain to me why I am wrong and said that it doesn't matter if I had partial data left, it was useless as it was not enough to get used for anything. Typical big company mentality taking advantage of the smaller guy, why do you even indicate that there is data left?
