CELL C FORCING ME TO PAY FOR FEES I DONT OWE AND CONTRACT ENDED

I have tried to cancel my contract with Cell C and have emailed them on 13 May, 10 June and 4 July. Cell C did not get back to me and when I called both times the agents where telling me how I cannot cancel and must pay for my contract despite their contract permitting notice of cancellation, which I gave well in advance. These people will now try to list me because I reversed their forced payment of my contract. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME cellc has done this to me and I will never return again. I want a detailed breakdown of what I supposedly owe when my contract ended 1st week of July as I have consistently tried to cancel and did not want to be billed for anymore airtime I do not use. I have WIFI ****IT!!!

why must I put late cancellation in subject line. I am not late with the cancellation. As I said. I emailed your cellc customer services in May already.

So CellC calls me after I proved that I sent my cancellation with 30 days notice and tells me I can't cancel cause it went to month to month because I only called now. I am disgusted because I cannot prove I called in May already because they denied this. I only have two emails in May and June proving my 30 day notice. Cell C wants to charge me 420 per month even though my mobile is already settled. Now they say I can't cancel because I am in arrears but they do not provide a breakdown of what I am in arrears for. Please tell me who can I complain too. Cell C is holding a gun to my head to keep this contract alive. I cannot afford to pay for a contract I do not need and which phone is already paid up.
