Cell C Forced Glocell as Service Provider on their customers

<p>I was forced to have Glocell as my service provider by Cell C, when Autopage was discontinued. Glocell customer service is extremely poor, this is confirmed when looking at the number of complaints logged on Hello Peter.</p> <p>I experienced my 1st major incident with Glocell in MArch, when I was overseas in Spain, and my cellphone service was suddenly stopped by Glocell, for no reason. I seeked support from Cell C to resolve the issue with Glocell as I goit no joy from them, Cell C only reaction was to give me Glocell customer service e-mail address. I ended up 2 weeks overseas, with no cellphone service.</p> <p> </p> <p>2nd Incident is current, when on Monday, 30/05, my line was suddenyl blocked by Glocell as I reached my personal limit. After 3 calls, spending m ore that1, 5 hours on the line, 2 e-mails, my PA contacting Glocell on Tuesday, I got the message that my line is now unblocked. No-one from Glocell could tell me who gave them the right to put a personal limit on my account, as I did not request it, I have had ZERO incidents for non-payment or late payment ever on my cell phone account (this is a business phone). </p> <p>Cell C needs to seriously get involved with this company, as they are going to loose thousands of customers that was forced into a relationship with Glocell, who's customer service is apalling. Virgin Mobile experienced this 3 years ago because of their poor service, Cell C is going to go the same way if they do not something about thier service provider.</p> <p> </p> <p>I request Cell C to immediately provide me with another option, as I will take this poor service from Glocell to the ombudsman if Cell C does not take action. I need this to be resolved URGENTLY.</p>
