I am writing this review for worst customer service I am experiecing with Cell C at this moment 17Jan 2024. I am contract customer with Cell C and since Monday 15th of Jan 2014 my cell service has not been working as if i dont have simcard in my phone. I tried calling them on customer care number but get msg that my services is suspended. Then I get and email from CELL C telling me they trying to hold me by calling me but call service is totally off. I have emailed them for them contact me (stating UREGENT!) so many but just keep getting a service case number and thats all no calls back. Being a SEA & SURF RESCUE member my phone is critical to receive emergency calls if help is needed to assist people that are in trouble and I could save a person or animals life. But clearly Cell C has more inportant interest. Im so digusted in Cell C

18 Jan 2024, 15:57Hi Sir my phone is on and says cell c on the top left hand corner. I can't understand why it is not working. Unfortunately I dont have an alternative number as I stay on a farm I only have wifi here. Is there maybe a setting on your side that's need to be done
