Cell C for yourself? Why, when Cell C cares for no one.
Dear Cell C, my husband is in ICU.
When I left the hospital at 3:30 am on Saturday morning, after using the same number to phone for an ambulance and to phone my in-laws for assistance, my SIM was indicating "Emergency calls only".
Upon trying to deal with your call centre, I have been informed that only my husband can sort this out. The store in MooiRivier Mall too.
He. Is. In. ICU. He. Cannot. Speak. On. The. Phone. He. Cannot. Go. To. A. Store.
The hospital cannot get hold of me. My clients cannot get hold of me.
Yet, you do not care. I have his ID, I have all his personal information.
This is already an extremely stressful situation, You cannot see the urgency in the situation. I don't know how long my husband is going to be in hospital. So until then, ****** me, right?
Yet you have the audacity to ask for your payment earlier this month?

Completely unreasonable from Cell C's side when I have all necessary documents for what is a serious problem right now.
Pretty sure my husband will cancel all four of his expensive contracts in the near future.
