Cell C for yourself the bad service ...

I made the mistake of going into Cell C Clearwater to see if they could assist me with two queries I had. One was setting up my company email on my phone, and the other, random adds that automatically show on my home screen. The lady behind the counter had no clue how my phone worked (even though I had upgraded it there, and its her job to know all the phones) but blatantly said she can't help me with either, I should get my IT guy to sort it out. When I told her I don't have one, she shrugged her shoulders. After demanding she find someone who can help me, she called someone on their cell who seemed to be the Tech guy. I had to wait approx 15 minutes for him as he was somewhere in the mall. When he got there, he also told me to get my IT guys to sort out the problems. I do not have an IT guy... Surely he should know why I am getting random ads on my home screen? If he doesn't, then he should not be the Tech guy... I am disgusted in the service and have a good mind to take this further should my problem not be resolved by the close of business today.
