Cell C for yourself Sucks

There is a plague in South Africa that is deeply imbedded in service providing that is concerning. We have really derailed from the core value of customer satisfaction that it is terrifying to experience, how is it that I am a paying customer contributing to the longevity of your company but I feel helpless when I have dire issues with your service being network connectivity, which is primary service you are rendering. I have heard a plethora of excuses from your staff, I have had people help ask me to do absurd things like restart my phone but I comply because I am helpless. Why am I giving you my money when you aren’t giving me your service, I have changed networks and found no joy at all ,does this mean I should move again to another network. Cell C when you are being paid ,do your part and give people service.
