Cell C - For yourself... for good reason

Cell C Once a loyal customer, but poor reliability and no longer as affordable as it used to be, I need to cancel my contacts. Dialing 084 143 on 06/06/2019 fails to work. Calling customer care on 084 135, spend alot of time putting in my details, only for the call centre agent to put me through to the retention department...which I then a voice saying ''the number you have dialed does not exist'. Called 084 135 again, entered all of my details again, spoke to the agent and explained the problem and asked for HELP. She duly put me through to the same 'retentions' department that seemingly does not exist! I lack the energy to call customer service again. I hope this message goes to the right department . Note: Getting a Data Contract on LTE only is a bad idea. I
