Cell C for yourself

Let's start, so I signed up with Cell C Cfibre as my service provider and since day one of signing up I've had endless problems. I have recently app**** for a move order with Cfibre and I was advised by their consultant that the new complex I was planing to move into is covered by their FNO( fibre network operate) which is Vumatel. So we made all the necessary arrangement pertaining to the move into the new complex, submitted all the necessary documentation required to get the moving order for my fibre line and then everything came to a holt. It was only after we have moved and submitted all the documents to get the process moving that CELL C CFIBRE discovered that Vumatel is rather not the FNO for the specific complex we moved into, they only afterwards informed me that Vumatel has coverage in my area but not the complex I've moved into and yet before we moved here I confirmed with them ( CELL C CFIBRE) that we are most certainly covered in the complex. (because who moves into an area where there is no coverage knowing that you are liable to pay for the next 20 months) Cell C Cfibre then proceeded to take their normal monthly charges for the fibre line and my new bill has ready been lined up even though we don't have coverage in the complex, so I am expected to pay for services not rendered. CELL C CFIBRE has also informed that I need get in contact with my estate management agent to grant Vumatel permission to lay the infrastructure to provide me with the needed service, which I think is a bit excessive, they also advised me that I would be liable for the cost incurred for lay out of the said infrastructure. So not only must I pay my normal monthly fee but also for the total infrastructure that is needed in order me to have fibre. A further issue I have with them is that now they are forcing a cancellation down my throat for which I also have to pay even though we are not at fault because before I moved my whole family into the new complex we have confirmed coverage in the new complex. I am seriously disappointed at how they are handling the situation. We are expected to just roll over and take the abuse that they are giving out and still pay for the bad service delivery. The one star that is given is not even worth it. If you want to have peace of mind that you are paying for something legit do not sign up with Cell C. They will cause you unnecessary sleepless nights. I want them to release me from my contract as this mess is their fault.
