Cell-C for your self?

Whom it may concern,<br> <br> I app**** for a contract with a tablet on the 27th of November. Friday, the day after I haven't heard from anybody and then contacted Cell-C to find out what is going on. After holding on for almost half an hour (at normal cellphone rates), I managed to speak to someone, that told me apparently they swopped two of my work numbers around (could they not contact me on my cellphone?). So Monday come and I still haven't heard from anybody. Once again I phone Cell-C at normal cellphone rates, holding on for ever, and then a lady tells me I must not worry, they are busy with it and will contact me back. Fine, I will just have to wait.<br> <br> Wednesday the 2nd of December,I go to the toilet and miss a call from Cell-C. No return number is left in the message and I assume they will phone back again. Today is the 4th of December and still I haven't been helped. It truly seems to be easier to buy a car than getting a contract at Cell-C. Clearly Cell-C is doing so well that they don't need new customers. If pre-sales service is so good, what can I expect as a after sales customer?<br> <br> A bit worried,<br> Mr.A.Lintvelt<br> <br> <br> <br> <br>
