Cell C is ridiculous

Everytime I called since the 29th Of October to cancel my contract there is some new story. Today is, my husband answered his security questions incorrectly so we need to check our statements and call back and answer questions correctly, whenever I called I provided the same information and it was not wrong,Is this Cell C tactic to retain clients?? Pathetic

I want my contract cancelled immediately!
