Cell C for themselves

<p>Good Day</p> <p>My wife has had a Cell C contract for more than 3 years now. Infinity straight up. The contract is for 24 months. Part of this contract is that you can upgrade every 12 months. I called my local Cell C branch to find out when my next upgrade is and they told me that I am due in July like every other year.</p> <p> </p> <p>On arrival the lady helping me called their accounts office, they told her that I will not be able to upgrade because that promotion has expired. The lady assisting me was also amaised and could also not understand why this is happening.</p> <p> </p> <p>If this offer has expired why am I paying R1800 towards this specific contract without the benifits of the contract. There is another option they call the Pinicale that costs R1400 per month. Why should I wait out my contract at full price but cant upgrade as per contract agreement on package? Nobody notified me of any changes. Why does their own system show that I am supposed to upgrade?</p> <p> </p> <p>I feel robed. These people are taking peoples money without any explanaition. Althow there is no explanaition needed as the promotion runs on contract and it should continue untill the contract ends.</p> <p> </p> <p>I need one of three things to happen.</p> <p>1. Re emburse me for over charging me and amend my contract to lower price.</p> <p>2. Give me my due upgrade like every other year.</p> <p>3. Stop my contract with immediate effect so I can join another service provider.</p> <p> </p> <p>Do these people not have any shame or dignaty?</p>
